We accept returns on all full price bags within 7 days of the delivery date. Sunglasses, Accessories and Bag Care items are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

The merchandise must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund. This includes the original packaging and the box it came in.

Items purchased as “Promotions” cannot be returned or exchanged, no exceptions.

How to Process a Return
Please send an email to welcome@vaidoza.com with the order number within 7 days from the arrival date to start the return process. We will not accept any returns or exchanges reported after 7 days from the arrival time.

Damaged items
Please report all damaged items to welcome@vaidoza.com within 48 hours of receipt with photos that show your product(s). If not reported within that time we will not be able to issue replacements.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
The credit should appear on your next statement. You should receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.

Shipping Costs 
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should use a trackable shipping service.

Wrong Address 
Please note that if the package doesn’t reach you after you provided a wrong or incomplete address, we will not be held accountable and will not be able to offer a refund of your order amount.

Vaidoza is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.
