We accept returns on all orders within 30 days of delivery date. The merchandise must be returned in the exact same condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund. This includes the original packaging and all the tags.
Gift Cards are non-refundable.
Itens purchased as “Promotions” cannot be returned or exchanged, no exceptions, so they are non-refundable.
For hygiene and health safety issues, earrings are non-returnable.
How to Process a Return
Please email us to email@example.com with the order number within 30 days from the arrival date to start the return process. We will not accept any returns or exchanges reported after 30 days from the arrival time.
Please report all damaged items to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receipt with photos that show your product(s). If not reported within that time we will not be able to issue replacements.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
The credit should appear on your next statement. You should receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should use a trackable shipping service.
Please note that if the package doesn’t reach you after you provided a wrong or incomplete address, we will not be held accountable and will not be able to offer a refund of your order amount.
